Ordering

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you placed the order. Please note that some of the jewelry are made after we received the order. Your order will be processed & shipped within 5-10 days.

Shipping

All packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Rates will be calculated at checkout. At the moment we can only ship within the United States.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 10% will be applied to Illinois residents.

Payment

At the moment we only use PayPal for payment.

Privacy

We will not sell, share or trade any information you provided with a third party. Your personal & credit card information will remain confidential & securely protected.

Repair

Although we do our best to prevent breakage through our creation process of your jewelry, we realize the unfortunate event can happen. Please contact us to arrange the repair and only send the jewelry to be repaired after you received confirmation from us. Depending on the service needed some fee will be charged. Customer will be responsible for shipping the jewelry to/from our studio.
